It was a very successful day out for our Senior Grade sides, with all Teams having wins yesterday.

1st Grade won the toss and sent University in for a bat.  It was slow going, but we restricted Uni to be all out for 164.  Peter Zybrands cleaned up the tail to record the impressive figures of 2/6, but the hard yards were put in early by Steve Buckley 2/18 (and two run outs!  Did you hear…one was a direct hit from the boundary!!) and Karthik Velkuru had 5 maidens in his 10 overs 0/15.  In reply, our runs were shared around, and Dave Studholme (51 n.o.) to get us the bonus point win.

2nd Grade’s game against Uni was a roller coaster.  Uni batted first and were 1/70 off not many overs…then 7/76…then scrambled to 115.  Aman Sharma was the pick of the bowlers with 4/22 off his 10 overs.  In reply we rocketed to 43 before losing our first wicket…Cam Johnson made 40, but by then we had fallen in a heap to be 6/76.  Duncan Maddinson (24) and Josh Yeaman (17*) steadied the ship, to get us to 7/116 and a bonus point win.

3rd Grade White made quick work of Corrimal.  Dawood Hassan took 4/13 as we bowled out the Cougars for 41.  Aziz Khan made 24* on our way to 1/42 in 10 overs and the win.

3rd Grade Maroons put on 7/209 for University Grey to chase.  Will Badger made 45, Jay Sharma 36 & Justin Folwell 34*.  Trae Liddell’s 2/5 off 7 overs caught the eye of the captain, and the rest of the wickets were shared, as we bowled out Uni for 95.

3rd Grade Black had a BYE.

Abdullah Raffique knocked up another half century (70) for our 4th Grade Maroons and Swapnil Desai fell just one run short (49) in a 141 run opening partnership.  Not quite the 4th Grade record of 158, but Uli & Trav Dutton might have been nervous!  Akshay Ganjay (41) & Ahsan Nawaz (45) were also amongst the runs as we put on 4/249 against Wests.  Then we bowled Wests all out for 59.

4th Grade Whites restricted Keira Black to 8/115.  Ghulam Muhammad took 3/16, but all the bowling figures were impressive.  In reply, Dharmini Chauhan (35), Nilesh Chauhan (25*), Ryan Potter (26) ensured that we got the win 5/118.

4th Grade Blues were set 129 to chase by Corrimal.  Sameer Yathagiri’s 4/39 was our best with the ball.  Sandeep Madala made 35, and Lakshmi Chadaram made 31 on our way to 4/132 for the win.

What a chase by our Women's Diamonds. The Rails set us 175 to win off 20 overs. Steph Gillett made an unbeaten 113, she put on a 97 run partnership with Kaitlyn McKeon for our 3rd wicket...but we fell 5 runs short of the win. Great game...well played both a game that one of The Rail girls made a century in just her 2nd game of cricket!!  And our Women's Rubies lost to Oak Flats. Chasing 3/111 off 15 overs, we made 8/57.

The U15As chased a lot of ball against Shellharbour, who scored 9/243 off their 30 overs.  Kianu Rawiri had a good day out taking 3/17, and then being 12 n.o. in our chase of 7/58.

Our 13Bs put on 76, then bowled out Keira Gold for 43.
